Getting Started

A: Absolutely. I work exclusively with Australian businesses and align my hours with Sydney/Melbourne business time.
A: Send me a message via the contact form or WhatsApp. I will ask a few questions about your business and give you an honest recommendation — even if that means advising you to start with a smaller package than you expected.
A: Fill out the quote form or message me on WhatsApp. I reply within 2 hours during business hours. We discuss your needs, I send a fixed-price quote, and we begin when you are ready.
A: Three reasons: price, speed, and direct access. Agencies charge $5,000–$15,000 for sites I deliver from $800–$3,000. I deliver in 5–10 days, not 6–8 weeks. And you talk directly to me — the person building your site — not an account manager.
Pricing, Payments & Contracts
A: Simple 4–5 page business sites start at $800 AUD. Standard sites with forms and SEO are $1,500–$3,000. E-commerce sites start at $2,500. Every quote is fixed-price before work begins.
A: Typically 50% deposit to begin, 50% on completion. For smaller projects, full payment upfront. I accept bank transfer.
No. I do not believe in locking clients in. You own your website, your domain, and A: No. Never. You can cancel hosting or support anytime with no penalties.your content. If you ever want to move your site elsewhere, I will help you migrate it no questions asked.
Design, Platform & Mobile
A: Simple sites: 5 business days. Standard sites: 2–4 weeks. This depends on how quickly you provide content and feedback.
A: WordPress exclusively. It powers over 40% of the web, is easy for you to update, and scales as your business grows.
A: Yes. I can redesign your existing WordPress site or migrate you from Wix, Squarespace, or another platform.
A: Yes. Every site I build is mobile-first. Over 60% of Australian searches happen on phones, so mobile performance is my top priority.
Hosting, Maintenance & Support
A: Yes. I offer managed WordPress hosting and maintenance from $30/month, including updates, backups, and security monitoring.
A: I am available for support after launch. If you are on a maintenance plan, I fix issues at no extra charge. If not, I quote fairly for the work.
A: Yes. I host and maintain many sites I did not originally build.
SEO, Domains & Ownership
A: I build every site with SEO fundamentals: clean code, fast speed, proper headings, and mobile optimisation. I also set up your Google Business Profile for free. Advanced SEO campaigns are not included but can be discussed.
A: Yes. You own everything. I can help you register your domain, but it is registered in your name, not mine.
A: I work remotely from Kathmandu, Nepal, but I align my hours with Sydney/Melbourne business time and have served Australian businesses exclusively since 2009. This remote setup means lower overheads for you — no agency rent, no junior staff — just direct expert service at a fraction of the cost.
A: If you have an Australian Business Number (ABN), I recommend a .com.au domain for local trust. If not, a .com domain works perfectly well and ranks just as effectively.
